No Refunds: At Climax Landscaping Supply, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of landscaping services and materials. Due to the nature of our services and the costs associated with preparing and executing landscaping projects, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered or materials have been delivered.

Exceptions: While we generally do not offer refunds, there are exceptions to this policy:

  1. Cancelled Projects: If a project is cancelled by Climax Landscaping Supply before commencement, any deposits or pre-payments will be returned in full to the customer.
  2. Damaged Materials: If any materials delivered are damaged upon arrival, we will replace them at no additional cost to the customer. The customer must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Service Discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy between the service rendered and the service agreed upon in the contract, we will work with the customer to rectify the situation. This may include re-performing the service or offering a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
